The 2025 Grand Lodge Convention will be held in Kansas City, MO
Indiana has been assigned to: The Westin Kansas City at The Crown Center, 1E. Pershing Road., Kansas City, MO 64108. Telephone 816-259-0919. Do not call the hotel for reservations. The hotel is completely full and will not accept reservations from individuals.
Room Rate: (single, double or triple occupancy) $135.00 + 18.475% tax + $3.55/night K.C. Development Fee = $163.49 per night.
Your reservation form must be submitted NO LATER THAN MAY 11, 2025
After you have paid the mandatory hospitality fee, you will be directed to the reservation form. As it was mentioned at the Fall Convention, the hospitality room fee is mandatory for all members to help offset the rising cost of the room(s). Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to seeing you in Kansas City.
