2025 State Convention ∙ June 5-7
The 124th State Convention is being held at the Marriot East in Indianapolis. The address is: 7202 East 21st St, Indianapolis, IN 46219. The special group rate is $135 per night. A link will be provided on your receipt that will be emailed to you after your registration payment has been made.
Cutoff date for hotel reservations: Sunday, May 4, 2025. A link will be provided on your receipt that will be emailed to you after your registration payment has been made.
Cutoff date for late registration and meals: Wednesday, May 28, 2025. If you register after May 4th, you will not be eligible for the group rate of $135 per night. This is not flexible, so please register early if you plan on staying at the hotel.
Hospitality Fun Day Themes: Thursday is wear your Lodge stuff. Friday is Hangin’ with my Gnomies (gnome/elf attire). Saturday is Christmas in June.
