Fall Meeting
The Fall Meeting will be held October 2-3 at the Richmond Elks. The agenda will be posted when it becomes available.
Here is the cost and selection breakdown:
Member Registration – $20
Guest Registration – $10
Friday Breakfast: cold buffet – yogurt, fruit, pastries, and muffins – $15
Friday Lunch: Smash burgers with mac and cheese, coleslaw and simple desserts. – $20
Friday Dinner Buffet: Prime rib, chicken cordon bleu, shrimp and lobster linguini. Side dishes include tossed salad, bread and butter, green beans with carrots, roasted potatoes. Desserts: Texas sheet cake, Key lime pie, carrot cake, and cheesecake. Beverages: tea, lemonade, and water. – $50
Saturday Breakfast: Hot buffet includes eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, pastries, and fruit. – $15
Saturday Lunch – Deli: Make your own deli sandwiches with ham, turkey, and roast beef with various cheeses and breads. Includes broccoli cheddar and tomato bisque soup. Dessert: cookies and cake. – $25
Saturday Dinner Pizza Buffet: Assorted pizza. Includes salad and pretzels with cheeses and mustards. Dessert: cookies and cake. – $25
