Tournament Information
Shotgun Start will be utilized on both Saturday and Sunday.
Team check in times 12 noon on Saturday and 8 AM on Sunday. All times are EST.

Scrambles Format with Open and Senior flights (team minimum of 3 ladies or 2 golfers 65 or over to qualify Senior Flight) Entry Fee is $150.00 per player. Team Skins game will be an additional $80.00 per team ($40 each day) and is optional. Entry fee includes golf, cart, and range privileges both days, and dinner at the Muncie Elks on Saturday night. Both Open and Senior Flights will be split into sub-flights after Saturday play depending on the number of teams.
Black tees will be used by all golfers under 65 regardless of Team Flight designation, White tees for golfers 65 and older, and all ladies will play from the Red tees.
In order to keep play moving, Bogey will be the maximum score allowed. Once a Team has failed to score Par on any hole, they will record Bogey on their card and proceed to the next hole.
Please register as a foursome. When registering, designate whether you will be playing in the Open or Senior flights. Remember, in order to qualify for the Senior flight, you must have 3 ladies or 2 golfers 65 or older. Registration will be open until June 8, 2026 and is open to members and guests.

We are asking each lodge to sponsor a hole for this year’s outing. Hole sponsorships are $100. If every lodge is a sponsor, that would be over $5000 that will go directly to Cancer Research. The funds that a lodge donates will be counted toward that lodges’ total cancer donations for this year. When every lodge participates, we will have 100% lodge participation for our Cancer Research Program for 2026-2027! Please consider our sponsoring opportunities as listed, as well as joining us for this fun-filled day of golf in June. Let’s get 100% participation!
